If you are running Open Genera 2.0, you should download this latest version of the application program. It fixes a bug that caused (LSH 1 64) to return 1 instead of 0, as well as another which results in a network performance improvement. The previous released version (below) remains available in case there are unforseen problems; if so, please report them.

You need the newer version of the life support software if you want to run your MacIvory II or MacIvory III with newer versions of MacOS (7.5 and later), especially if you are using the Symbolics keyboard via the ADB box.

If you are running Open Genera 2.0 under Tru64 (nee Digital) Unix 4.0F, there is a bug in the packetfilter module which causes long packets to be truncated sometimes, which means that the checksum is invalid and communication between Open Genera and whatever host is sending the packet hangs. The file below is the fixed packetfilter.mod for 4.0F, gziped. To install it you will have to ungzip it, replace /sys/BINARY/packetfilter.mod with this new one, and rebuild the kernel (doconfig).
